Brigadier Salil Kumar Tiwari (Retired)

Brigadier Salil Kumar Tiwari ( Retd) brings a combined experience of 39 years in the Indian Army ( Corps of Engineers) and the corporate sector (Larsen & Toubro Ltd) from 1982 onwards. An alumnus of National Defence Academy, he is a Civil Engineer from College of Military Engineering, Pune ( JNU), Post-Graduate [M Tech] from G.B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar and Masters in Management Sciences (MMS) from College of Defence Management (Osmania University). Brig Salil Tiwari has vast experience and expertise in creation of Transportation Infrastructure and has spearheaded Border Roads Organization (BRO) and Military Engineer Services (MES) Projects for construction of strategic roads , bridges and air fields in J&K and Arunanchal Pradesh. Making a smooth transition to the corporate sector, Brig Salil Tiwari raised and headed the Defence Infrastructure Segment at Larsen and Toubro Ltd (Construction Division) from 2014 to 2020, winning and operation several mega contracts in the fields of air, marine and underground infrastructure for the Defence Sector. He continues to be involved in an advisory role and corporate training.
